Can you motivate anyone to do anything?

The methodology behind motivation is to provide incentives to to do something.

The best way to do this it to come up with a strategy.

These strategies need to be effective in order to work.

It is similar to the “yes” theory.

Say “yes” to everything and it will open doors for you that you never imagined.

“Yes” can get you to meet new people, experience things you never did or thought of doing before.

Try to have unlimited thinking.

Try and talk to yourself positively.

If you hear your inner self put yourself down, work to eliminate that talk.

Think happy thoughts, even when you are at your lowest point.

Conjure up a good memory and smile.

You will notice an instant feeling of happiness run through you.

Go out now and live life, if you’ve been asked to go somewhere and you said “no”, fix it now by saying YES.

In the book: “Year of Yes”

Shonda Rhimes lays out how “yes” her life.  Shonda’s sister laid down a challenge: just for one year, try to say YES to the unexpected invitations that come your way. Shonda reluctantly agreed―and the result was nothing short of transformative. In Year of Yes, Shonda Rhimes chronicles the powerful impact saying yes had on every aspect of her life―and how we can all change our lives with one little word. Yes.
